Playdate with Abigail

Abigail (and Jason, Allison and Lucy the dog) came to play Sunday night. While Lucy and Charlie ran around the house like crazy dogs, Abigail and Ryan played. Abigail discovered what a wonderful musician she is. She is equally as good on the drums as she is on keyboards! Ryan found that he loved trying to eat Abigail's boots. It was really fun watching them interact!

Abigail shared her puffy buscuits with Ryan so he ate finger food for the first time. Another milestone for the blog!!! Thanks Abigail!
Earlier in the day, we went for a family walk. It got cold, so we had to bundle Ryan up. Doesn't he look like the kid in "A Christmas Story?"

Six Months!

Ryan turned 6 months today. He started out the day proving what a big boy he can be and slept past 7am for the first time in weeks! Charlie got in on the fun and shared his stuffed Chinese food take-out toy with Ryan. This was not Ryan's original 6-month picture outfit, but this is what Primrose sent him home in...his original outfit was in a plastic bag marked "dirty."

Big Sis Jessica

A couple of weeks ago, my Big Sis from sorority came to Atlanta and Ryan got to meet her! Jessica is not known for e-mailing digital pictures, so it truely was a Hannukah miracle when she sent them to us! Ryan had lots of fun getting to know Big Sis Jessica!

Flat Stanley

Cousin Ethan sent us a friend to visit named Flat Stanley. We have been having a lot of fun with Stan. First Stan came on a walk with Aunt Erica and Cousin Ryan. Ryan let him ride on his lap.
Flat Stan shared in a dinner with us. He really liked the salad.
Stan took a liking to Charlie. They did a lot of laying around during the day waiting for us to get home from work.
Finally, Stan gets a book red to him, about what to expect during Ryan's first year of life. We have really had fun with Flat Stanley!

Ryan and Rocky

Although Charlie is not yet a big Ryan fan, Ryan has another dog in his life. Auntie Mich and I have found that Rocky Bank just LOVES Ryan. Rocky can't get enough of Ryan! This was taken before our walk on Sunday...we needed to feed Ryan first and let Rocky give Ryan some love!

Ryan's First Hannukah

Ryan celebrated the 5th night of Hannukah with Grandma and Grandpa. Since he is too young for latkes, Ryan settled for some sweet potatos by Gerber.
